Shipping Methods

We do our best to process and ship your order as soon as we can!

Orders usually take 5-10 business days to process and produce, but production time typically increases during sales, product releases, and holidays. Please keep in mind that we are a small business and create everything by hand, just for you!

Once your order ships, it will arrive in 3-7 business days with standart shipping. (Free) (Delays may occur due to the carrier or shipping issues)

With rush shipping your order will arrive within a 2-4 business day delivery window after shipping via UPS.

With express shipping your order will arrive within a 1-3 business day window via UPS.

You will be notified when your package leaves our premises and a tracking number will be sent to the email address that you provided during your purchase. All our packages are insured during transit. 

If you have not received a tracking number, please check your spam/junk folder as well.

Please check your parcel before you accept the delivery. If your package has been damaged in transit, reject the receipt of it and file a claim with the carrier immediately.
